Sino Group is the Hong Kong based, sister company of Far East Organization. They are one of the top property developers in Hong Kong and their main businesses involves development of office, residential, retail mall and industrial properties for sale and for investment. The Group has more than 200 property development in China and in Singapore with a total plot ratio area of more than 76.6 million square foot.

To complement its core business, Sino Group also runs a property services company by the name of Sino Property Services, which provides a comprehensive one stop services that includes property management, car parks operations as well as environmental and security services. Sekisui House

Sekisui House is established in 1 August 1960 in Osaka, Japan with a paid up capital of $100 million. They were listed on the Tokyo Stock exchange in August 1970 and went on to become the largest developer in Japan and their key activities  involves real estate development from building residential housing to mixed development properties and communities area. The Group have accumulated a huge 2.4million of houses built to date and have their headquarter in Osaka, Japan as well as offices in Singapore, Australia, USA and China.
